We will collect and replace any stock that is defective or arrives damaged.
If you purchased our products from a distributor or wholesaler, please contact them first to try and resolve any problems. If you can't resolve the issue with help from our distributor, feel free to contact us directly and we will do our very best to assist.
If you are one of our distributors, then please note that notification of any damaged or defective stock must be raised within 72 hours of delivery. Stock will be collected and replaced (if applicable) at our cost.
While we don't otherwise normally accept returns of stock, if your order is no longer required then please let us know within 30 days of delivery and we will do our best to assist. Stock can either be collected or sent back (in resalable condition), but please note that re-stocking charges may apply.
