What is HACCP and what does it mean to me?

HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. It is an internationally recognised system for reducing risk - initially within the food industry where it was first introduced and more recently adopted in other sectors where the management of risk is essential.

BioCote is the first and only antimicrobial solutions provider to have HACCP approved additives. This means they have been certified as food safe and suitable additions to food contact articles used as part of a HACCP based food safety programme.
